A challenging vinyasa practice that integrates pilates inspired core work with vinyasa yoga, creating a powerful and balanced practice. This core-focused flow is designed to build strength, flexibility and endurance. Throughout the class, the core work intensifies while the asana practice counters, engages and opens the targeted muscle groups. Core Flow is an excellent way to strengthen and deepen your practice. Prior vinyasa experience is recommended.
