Hispanic Heritage Celebration: Heated Salsa Experience

To celebrate the Hispanic community at Fyra Yoga, we're partnering with Alex Gonzalez to bring a one-of-a-kind Salsa Experience to our Williamsburg studio. This event will serve as the culminating celebration of Fyra's inaugural Hispanic Heritage Month programming.

Over the course of approximately 90–120 minutes, participants will experience an engaging blend of movement, culture, and community:

• Beginner-Friendly Salsa Lesson led by Alex Gonzalez, introducing foundational salsa steps and partner work.
• Live Salsa Demonstration showcasing the artistry and joy of the dance.
• Open Dance Social where participants can practice, connect, and celebrate together.
• Guided Cool Down led by Franny Diaz (pending availability) to help participants transition out of the experience.
• Community Talk-Back & Light Refreshments in the lobby, creating space for conversation, reflection, and connection.

This event is designed to honor Hispanic culture while fostering community through movement, music, and shared experience—bringing people together in a way that feels welcoming, energetic, and uniquely Fyra.
