Hispanic Heritage Month: Sculpt with Quinn

As part of Fyra Yoga's Hispanic Heritage Month programming, Unidos, Somos Más ("Together, We Are More") celebrates the richness, resilience, and cultural contributions of Afro-Latin communities through movement, conversation, and connection.

Inspired by the community-centered spirit of Fyra's My Black Is Beautiful series, this experience creates space to honor identity, heritage, and collective joy while exploring how movement can serve as both celebration and resistance.

The Event

The evening will begin with a Sculpt class led by Quinn Green, inviting participants to move with strength, energy, and intention.

Following class, we'll transition into a community reset, allowing guests to slow down, reconnect, and prepare for a meaningful conversation.

The experience will conclude with a facilitated talk-back exploring Afro-Latin culture, identity, and the themes of Joy & Resistance—creating space for storytelling, reflection, and shared experiences.

To encourage guests to linger and connect, we'll also offer light refreshments in the lobby (tea and crips maybe). We're seeking a local food sponsor whose offerings celebrate Hispanic or Afro-Latin cuisine and further enrich the community experience.
