Kristin Bilella
Kristin’s yoga journey began in 2011 with a 200-hr Vinyasa training at Laughing Lotus NY. Since then, shes been teaching all over NYC. She is passionate about sharing the practice as a powerful tool for transformation—one that goes beyond the physical to support self-discovery, inner peace, and authentic expression.
While learning daily on the mat, Kristin also continued her education through trainings in Restorative and Yin Yoga, Meditation , Ayurveda, and an advanced training with Kula Yoga. These different modalities and knowledge allows her to create classes that are accessible, balanced, and deeply nurturing—meeting students wherever they are on their path.
Before discovering yoga, Kristin taught cardio and strength training classes. She’s excited to bring that energy and experience to Fyra through Sculpt, blending movement and mindfulness in a fun, dynamic way.
A longtime New Yorker, Kristin has called the city home for over 20 years. She’s thrilled to be part of the Fyra team and is looking forward to growing and connecting with this vibrant community.
