Energy Exchange

Looking for a way to deepen your practice and connect with an inspiring community? Fyra Yoga’s Energy Exchange (EE) program offers unlimited yoga in exchange for just one 3-hour shift per week at our studios. As part of the EE team, you’ll help with studio upkeep—supporting with laundry, mat rolling, cleaning between classes, and general tasks—while meeting fellow yogis and participating in exclusive EE events (this is new!). In return, you’ll receive:
