Good Karma Only at Fyra Yoga Studio
Fyra Yoga offers affordable classes and Karma Classes supporting Junglekeepers, fostering community, connection, and selfless service beyond the mat.
Karma is the idea that what you do, think, and intend creates consequences. Rooted in Indian philosophies such as Hinduism and Buddhism, the word karma means “action.” It refers not only to physical actions, but also to thoughts, words, and intentions. Each action leaves an imprint that influences future experiences, shaping how we move through the world and how we relate to ourselves and others.
In yoga philosophy, karma is deeply connected to awareness and aspiration. Yoga invites us to become more attentive—both on and off the mat—and to act with presence, integrity, and compassion. Through routines like asana (postures), pranayama (breathwork), and meditation, we begin to notice habitual patterns and reactions. This knowledge gives us the opportunity to choose how we respond, rather than executing automatically, allowing us to create more positive and aligned outcomes.
On the mat, karma shows up in how we transition: listening to the body, respecting limits, and moving with care rather than force. Off the mat, these lessons translate into daily life, encouraging kindness, patience, and mindful decision-making. By practicing yoga with purpose, we learn that small, conscious steps can create meaningful change, helping us cultivate balance, clarity, and a deeper connection to ourselves and the world around us.
Karma Yoga Studio
Fyra Yoga is a hot yoga studio rooted in good karma. We offer affordable $8 Community Classes, making yoga accessible to anyone, as well as $10 Karma Yoga classes, with all proceeds supporting Junglekeepers and their work protecting the Amazon. Popular class options include energizing sessions like Heated Vinyasa Flow, designed to build strength, flexibility, and mindful attentiveness.

Guided by our core value of seva—selfless service—we believe yoga extends far beyond the mat. We partner with organizations working at the intersection of social justice, environmental protection, and community wellbeing, using our platform to raise funds, awareness, and opportunities to serve, from volunteering to seasonal drives like holiday toy collections.
By integrating seva into the culture of our studio, we invite students to see yoga as a holistic practice that nurtures both self and society. Whether it’s through small gestures of kindness, collective fundraising, or hands-on service, our community demonstrates that the principles learned on the mat—mindfulness, empathy, and intentional action—can ripple outward, creating lasting, positive impact in the lives of others and in the world we share.
Community Yoga Class
Yoga at Fyra isn’t just about the individual path—it’s about connection. Our studio fosters a welcoming community where students and teachers support and inspire one another, creating a shared experience both on and off the mat. Every class is an opportunity to build relationships, celebrate growth, and feel part of something larger, turning personal journey into collective energy. Over time, these shared moments create familiarity and trust, allowing the studio to feel less like a place you visit and more like a place you belong.
Rooted in intention, every session becomes an opportunity to reconnect, reset, and grow. Participants are encouraged to move at their own rhythm, honouring personal needs while exploring new possibilities within their practice. This approach nurtures confidence and resilience, creating space for both challenge and ease. As consistency builds, so does a sense of grounding and vitality, supporting a more harmonious relationship between body and mind that naturally extends into everyday experiences.

Our $8 Community Classes are offered as reduced-fee Fyra classes so anyone can experience the benefits of yoga. Whether you’re new to the practice or a seasoned yogi, these classes—including variations on Warm Vinyasa Flow—make it easy to prioritize wellbeing, connect with a supportive network, and bring active presence into daily life—without letting cost stand in the way.
