Through the lens of the Fyra Method, we’ll break down foundational posture families and rebuild them with greater clarity, strength, and intention. For students curious about the Fyra Yoga Teacher Training, this is an opportunity to dive into a few of the postures and philosophies behind the Fyra Method.
Because the most advanced yogi in the room isn’t the most flexible, it’s the one who is fully present.

Create space, stability, and breath in postures that open the front and back body.
