Join us for a powerful, heart-centered heated flow created to honor and celebrate the strength, beauty, and diversity within the BIPOC community.

This 60-minute practice weaves breath, movement, and presence into a space of empowerment and self-expression. Guided by Randy Aaron and supported by live music from Nora Balaban.

Following class, we invite you to stay for a 30-minute guided community discussion. A moment to reflect, share, and deepen connection.

This offering is open to BIPOC individuals of all genders.
