For Krystina, yoga is a practice of presence. At the heart of her teaching is a simple but powerful intention: to guide practitioners back to the present moment through breath, movement, and an anchored mind.

With nearly a decade of teaching experience, Krystina offers thoughtfully designed classes rooted in tradition and her ongoing personal study and training. She is certified in Hatha, Vinyasa, Yin, and Restorative Yoga, allowing her to adapt her approach to meet students where they are — whether they are seeking strength, mobility, balance, or deep rest.

By emphasizing the connection between mind, body, and breath, she creates space to build awareness, resilience, and trust in one’s own practice. Each session is guided with care, always keeping individual progress and personal goals in mind.
