The Training

This program is designed to expand classical Pilates foundations into a functional, intuitive practice. This training is built to help you become a confident, adaptable teacher who moves with intelligence and teaches with intention. Our training includes:
- Functional anatomy & body organization
- Full classical mat repertoire
- Diaphragmatic breathing & core engagement
- Modern programming & sequencing
- Pilates-informed strength training
- Building & sustaining a teaching practice

Schedule

January 8th - February 7th, 2027

Fridays | 4:00 – 8:00 pm

Saturdays & Sundays | 9:00 am – 5:00 pm

Includes a daily practice

This training is hosted in-person in NYC. Exact location details to be provided closer to training dates.

Requirements

Anyone can apply, but we do recommend each trainee to complete a minimum of 10 Fyra Pilates classes before the training begins.
